The Cold Case Assessment Team (CCAT) is an organization of crime solving professionals that meet monthly to collaborate on one of the many unsolved murders in Polk County, FL..

The Team brings together homicide detectives, agents, prosecutors, medical examiners, crime scene technicians, government analysts, laboratory experts, criminal profilers, DNA experts and others who review and analyze reports, evidence, interviews and other information, then collectively form a plan to help solve the case.
