Synopsis:

Tommy Smith, a Nursing Supervisor at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, was last seen alive by his brother, Ronald, on Thursday, Oct. 10, 1996. He had previously been employed at the Winter Haven and Bartow hospitals.

During the early morning hours the following day, his Jeep Wagoneer was discovered disabled
at an underpass at Berkley Road and I-4.

Later that evening, his body was found at the edge of a citrus grove off Edison Road, off Old Berkley Road
near Auburndale.
