The victim was shot and bled to death on September 22, 1974, between 5:00 AM and 5:42 AM.  The victim was found in a pool of blood at "Key Punch#1" located on the north side of the building inside the retainer fence.  The victim was on duty at the Piper Aircraft Plant in Lakeland, Florida.
