Synopsis:


On Friday, July 12, 1991, at approximately 0800 hours, 49 year old Jerry Martin was found shot to death inside Aztec Auto Sales and Leasing, located at 2106 Havendale Boulevard, Winter Haven, Florida. 

In 1994, Thomas L. Rhoton was sentenced to forty (40) years in prison for his involvement in this murder.  Information suggests that Rhoton did not act alone.
