On September 14, 1970, the victim was abducted from her home at 404 Baker Street, Auburndale, Florida, between the hours of midnight and 4:00 AM.  The victim's body was found at the Saddle Creek Park on Highway 92 between Lakeland and Auburndale approximately 9 miles from her residence
