Ray Hollingsworth parked his vehicle and entered into the ABC Lounge at the Grove Park Plaza, Lakeland, FL..

Later, when he left the lounge, he found his vehicle missing, but saw it was being driven by in the parking lot by persons unknown.

Mr. Hollingsworth began to chase the vehicle on foot. While he stood at the edge of U.S. 98, the vehicle swerved toward him, struck and killed him.
