Synopsis:

On the afternoon of Tuesday, May 30, 1989, Lottie Mae Harrell, who was seventy (70) years of age, was found murdered inside her home located at 348 Avenue L NE in Winter Haven, Florida. 

She had last been seen on the evening of May 29, 1989.
