Synopsis:


On the morning of Monday, July 30, 2001, Sainte Vierge Dautriche-Cedrac, who was forty-three (43) years of ages, was found murdered inside her vehicle in an apartment parking lot next to Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, in Winter Haven, Florida. 

Dautriche-Cedrac immigrated to this country from Haiti in 1980.
