Synopsis:


On April 4,1973, at approximately 8:00 PM, the victim, an employee of the Egar Block Company for 30 years, left his home to get a pack of cigarettes.  The victim lived at 315 Pinehurst Drive, Lakeland, Florida.  On April 8, 1973, the victim was found in his 1971 Ford LTD Sedan, which was located on a dirt road at the south side of Scott Lake, north of State Road 540A.
